Genealex comes in two editions. The SME Edition starts at €375/month with an annual commitment, 3 users included and no setup fee. The Enterprise Edition is quoted on request: it includes a setup phase (data analysis, environment creation, migration of existing data and training) followed by monthly fees covering hosting, user licences and maintenance.
The SME Edition covers the complete professional foundation and suits teams of two or three people. The Enterprise Edition adds external integrations, customisation and dedicated support. Beyond ten users, it becomes more cost-effective.
The introduction of Genealex can raise concerns, including the fear of replacing employees. However, Genealex aims to assist employees and improve their efficiency, not to replace them.
The level of change depends on the tools and methods previously used. Our support team is available to accompany you during this transition and establish an integration plan adapted to your needs.
Yes, it is recommended to train all staff to use Genealex. This software, accessible to all employees regardless of their technical skill level, allows the entire genealogy file to be processed.
